We also have two SQL databases we need to backup. Most of our data is Adobe Creative Suites files, PDFs, and some other misc. Mozy is definitely the most expensive coming in at close to $2000/year. They all have widely varying price points and features. I have tried the swap USB drives route and have found the people responsible for this are not as reliable as I would like :) So, knowing how fast the landscape changes, I have been researching online backup for our everything goes to heck plan. We have come up with a need for about 500 GB of space if the backup keeps pace with what we are doing. We need to have a good offsite backup of files that change a lot during the course of a week.
